Advice to file s.l.p. in person.

Respected Experts, In 125CrPc case HC failed to appreciate Material facts of the case and my writ was dismissed. I m now filling SLP through E-Filling. My question is I attached all Exhibits which I attached in writ. Should I also attach 'Reply affidavit of Respondent' and 'rejoinder' of mine (filed in writ) with SLP. It is voluminous. Plz advise.

Thanks Mr.Ram Chary and Nitish Ji for ur valuable advice.

@Nitish ji, I am not relying on said documents. What I rely with 'Point of Law' I attached those documents. I just don't want any supression of documents/facts which my opposite party may raise during hearing.
