Affadavit signed by first class magistrate

I have to get a correction of name of parents done on my son's class 10th ICSE certificate.

After lot of persuasion the school asked us to submit some 7-8 documents to process.

One of the document asked is Original Affidavit ( signed by first class magistrate) regarding change/ correction ( English version)

I know how a affidavit can be made. But I need help to get it signed by first class magistrate. Need help from lawyers and experts , who can help me in this .

1. Engage a local lawyer.

2. The affidavit will be sworn on a stamp paper, executed and signed.then attested

3. Get it published in 2 newspapers (English & local language)

4. Prepare file and get it published in gazzettee

Please check up whether the first class magistrate is from Judicial branch or executive side, if Judicial side means, it has to be specifically mentioned therein or you can approach the collectorate for Executive magistrate's signature in the affidavit.
