Appeal on district court order

Dear Sir,

We are Tenants in one open plot,

Acctually we were tenants in a Building's Ground Floor, that building collapsed in the Earth Quake in 2001. Our LandLord got new empty plot in lieu of old plot.

We appealed to the City Civil Court. From where we got Stay Order, against this order our LandLord gone to District Court for vacating the stay imposed by the City Civil Court,

In the District Court he got relief from the Court and The District Court vacated the Stay Order laid by the City Civil Court,

What do we have the way to fight on this ??

Hoping an early reply

You can file review in high court.

U can file review petition before high court or u can continue civil proceedings before city civil court without stay orders.

What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer engaged by you for contesting your case(s) ?

Have faith and proceed as guided without expecting obligation of experts, although it is available FREE OF COST, but based on limited facts of the case(s).

Dear Sir

Your answer is, as usual, quite precise.

Yes.   You're right.     Second Appeal lies.
