Hello Sir,
I have identified a BDA site in HSR Layout, Bangalore and planning to buy it. When I spoke to the owner of the property, He claims that He lost the Original Possession Certificate, but he has copy of the certificate from BDA along with that he also has a certified letter from BDA.
I am in confusion whether to buy this property or not? Will it be a problem in future i.e. if i want to sell the property?
What will be the consequences if I go for this property? Please advise me.
