Mr. ramesh while going through the Recipt T&C  i could not find anything where you could clim refund from them,

They have sold you goods on just recipet with few terms and they are not responsible for any dela or damagr etc.

JUst please forget this and never shop wityh them from nextime,

Just wite o their face book or wtitter post abut ur experiences...

pl answer the following qstns

1. How did you place order with them by phone or by mail?

2. what are the terms of the purchase? Did you tell them that you want delivery by so and so date specifically?

3. when they did not dispatch within the stipulated time did you inform them not to dispatch and return of your money?
