I need your guidance on buying an under construction property on resale. I will taking a bank loan for the same. Bank has already sanctioned the loan but before disbursement they need to do property verification. Can you please help me know what all document I need to submit to the Bank for loan disbursement?
Also, Can you please help me if I need provide an agreement to sale, NOC, sale deed to the bank for the same?
