Ca for judgment copy

Dear All,

Could you please let me know what is CA....its full form.....and what are the various steps, duration to get the certified copy of judgement.

And if the record is not traceable, what is the result, will the person who wants the copies get any documentary proof that it is not traceable?

Thanks in advance.

CA stands for Civil Appeal in the Supreme Court.

When a record is not traceable, you'll get a communication that it is so.

Hi, 1. CA means Copy Application. 2. Petitioner /Respondent Counsels alone can file CA. 3. The said CA should be filled with the correct details of the case number and name of the parties to the case. if you give wrong details CA will be returned. 4. Proper stamp is to affixed.
