Can an rti be posed to an mla?

Is MLA treated as a PA? Can an RTI be posed to him/her directly?

This is why people aspire to be MLAs & MPs!

Immunity makes them do anything. People invest in elections. The elections invest in the MPs, MLAs. It is all to, for, by them & NOT PEOPLE. More qualified people, their views do not get shaped into projects, policies.
