What kind of help or guidance you require from members, after 150 years when you have lost the property through lazy and indolence of your elders ?

There is no hope, and you can not get back the property after 150 years.  The only hope if any is to establish a fraud in that transaction.  This is almost highly             improbable, and how that you have come to know of such existence of property and an idea to get it back after 150 years ?

Do not be mislead by false hopes and empty promises.  You may have to spend precious time and money, for an uncertain result in future.

After ,150yrs the vAlue of the land may sky rocket so u have greedy about the land value. the.indian registration act came to force at the end of 19 th century. Ur ancestors may sold it on that day.no register deed was their. On those days.if any suit is filed then it becomes bad message will be given for others.

For your satisfaction discuss in person with a very able sincere honest LCAL counsel specializing in Revenue/Civil matters and a good counsel shall tell you point blank on scope and merits if any or advise you on: NO merits and NO scope.

Show the deed of mortgage to a local prudent lawyer, it has not so far been redeemed and proceed as advised.

Without any hesitation discuss in person with a very able LOCAL counsel as already suggested.
