Caste certificate

Is a Muslim OBC eligible for caste reservations at the particle location of the candidate?  If so this is a tricky question which only the Supreme Court can answer. When one parent belonged to general category and the other reservation category, there is a Supreme Court decision that if the off-spring continues to suffer the disabilities of reservation category, then he or she will be deemed to belong to that reservation category. If the two parents belong to two different reservation categories, it will have to be decided as to the disabilities of which reservation category the child is suffering from. After this is decided by a competent authority your child will get the certificate of that caste. Ask this question to Vikramaditya.

Generally we in INDIA follow paternal chain in Hindu and Muslim,so it will followed father's reservation catagory because his/her name too follow his father's cast.

But before going to the conclusion just applied to a certificate whichever children wants (OBC or SC ),then see what reply they will get from authority,if reply satisfied them go further,and if not then go for legal procedure.Before it don't go for legal process.
