Change in birth certificare

you can change your name or can do name corrcetion but for this yopu have to fiole a declaratory suit regarding this and it can take 4 to 6 months minimum depending upon the burden of the court and it includes the procedure of publication in local circulated newspaper and govt gazette ,fel free to call for detailed advise.

Thanks for the reply. There is no change in name, only addition of surname in my name and deletion of my grandfathers name from my fathers name from the birth certificate. So, will the procedure change or will it remain the same and is it so lengthy a procedure that it might take 5-6 months just for addition/deletion in birth certificate???
