Citations supporting private complaint and or court as complainant in perjury 340 crpc

Dear Learned Counsel and Members of LCI,

I have filed perjury petition in family court for the false maintenance claim in my divorce petition by estranged wife and the divorce petition was dismissed and appealed in High Court.

Now i had filed perjury in Family court - Judge is asking to provide citations on Court to under take my Private complaint and Court as a Complainant in 340 CrPc. I google searched with my little knowledge and terminology and no luck.

Would request here Learned Counsel and Members of LCI anyone can help me with the Judgements that support the private petition in Perjury and court to proceed.
