Please help urgently.
I ended up absconding without prior intimation from my engineering college (during the 2nd year) for unavoidable personal reasons.
They have retained my originals and are asking me to pay the fees for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year to get back my original certificates/documents.
Do i really have to pay the fees?is there any such rule that my originals will be retained?. is there any way i can get back my originals amicably?
Please help.
