Order was pronounced on 30/08/2010 in my favour by consumer forum direction the opposite party to pay Rs. 50000/- within one month from the date of order,failing which i (complainant is also entitled for interest @12% on awarded amount from the date of filing of complaint. Copy of this Order/Judgment was prerared after one week i.e. 07/09/2010.I want to know period of one month will start from the date of pronouncement of order i.e. 30/08/2010 or from the date of preparation of certified copy of order i.e. 07/09/2010.Kindly advice.Thanx
