Dear People,
we have registered a sale deed in favour of a customer. while we signing the sale deed the customer missed to sign two pages in the sale deed. unnoticed the same we registered the document and in register office also they have registered the document. while we retrieval of documents we noticed that sign missed in the sale deed. we asked them, they said the can not re scan the document. so that they said we have to file a consent deed for the same. any one have format for CONSENT DEED?
