Hi sir, My name is manju and I am planning to purchase one property . Actual owner and his wife has expired they made a layout in 70's and Actual owner has one son and daughter . Now Son is selling the property to me and he is saying he will be the vendor and his sister (only sister not her family ) will be the consenting witness along with Actual owners son ' son and his wife . So can I go ahead and purchase the property or not. Please suggest me I have already made the agreement about to took up registration.
