Is there any scope for the regularisation of contract employees who are appointed under proper recruitments rule against the sanction post.All those contract employee who are also recruited under same advertisent but in different post are regularised by the govt. Will they(regularise employee) be called similarly situated employee. Is this be the discimination to irregular employee.Is there any legal suit for this.
