I bought a flat in pune & got it registered last month.
Just after the Index II was prepared, it was realised that there terrace area was wrongly mentioned in Index II & Agreement.
Accordingly, the rectification deed was prepared on Rs. 100 stamp paper & supplimentary Index II was generated for the correction made.
However the advocate has corrected the above error in the 'Original Agreement' (say - 'wrong document') also.
My query is, whether there was any need to correct the error in the Original Agreement also when correction deed is also prepared ? Now there is no 'Wrong Agreement' to support 'Wrong Index II'. Does it affect my title in any way ?
