dear Legal Experts,
I am born in Pune Maharastra have issue of Birth date which has been wrongly mentioned in my school college and same carried forward.
I want to change my Birthdate I have original Birth certificate from Muncipality.
Can change my DOB legally?
Can any legal notice taken from court of law change will be helpful to change all my DOB.
will also be considered for my Retirement

why didn't you change your DOB till date, having proof of municipal certificate\? if you want the DOB as mentioned in Municipal certificate, you have to prove the exact DOB. and verify your DOB with voter card, aadhar card, driving licence etc.
