Hi, I took admission in B.Sc in (2018-21) from different University. then I took admission in b.tech (2019-23) from different University.because of covid-19 b.sc was still goes with the b.tech,
Now I have b.sc degree and currently in 3rd year of b.tech. recently I read an article that says, dual with same time is not legal it's illegal and comes under 420. And many people says yous should immediate leave the b.tech.
My questions,
My degree is legal or not?
If it is illegal then what I do?
Please solve my query.

If you did one of the mentioned courses in a normal mode and the other degree by way of distance learning, then it's okay because the University Grants Commission has approved a proposal to allow students to pursue two degree programmes at the same time. One of the degrees has to be in the regular mode and the other either in open and istance learning or online.
