E auction property

Dear sir

 
 I have participated in Bank online e-Auction property that was conducted by indian overses bank. I am successful bidder and payed 25% of the bid amount on the given time.
 
 1)      From bank authorized officer came to know that borrower gone to court assuming DRT and Bank officer asking me to pay rest of 75% amount by agreed date other wise 25% which have paid will be forfeited. 
2.Drt not given any type of stay in e-auction
 
3. bank not have d.m order for possession till date, bank told me they are already apply.
 
4.Bank officer saying you can pay full amount and bank will take care of rest of things i.e. Registration on my name etc. What should I do now? Can I go and pay full amount? Please suggest how to proceed further.

Dear querist,

 

You dnt have much choice left other than going with bank words, in case you dnt pay bal amount then bank will cancel your transition.

Action immovable property is not safe .any how u have bit go to civil court get relief
