Hi Team,
We bought 4 acres of land ( Myself +Wife – 2 acres , Dad +Brother – 2 acres = 4 Acres ) in my father name and the Paani is still in my Father’s name . My Wife contributed full amount to purchase 1 Acre , money was contributed by her father .
We belong to Muslim family , my father has executed Individual Hiba to All four members (Myself +Wife – 2 acres , Dad +Brother – 2 acres = 4 Acres ).
I am currently working for an Private company and paying IT returns , as per Govt Rule I cannot buy any agricultural land .
a) I was planning to execute a sale deed Jointly Myself +Wife
b) I was planning to execute a sale deed on my wife name .
Please suggest me the right approach and that should be according to the law
