F e dinshaw title

Dear all, I am in possesion of land since 1981 admeasuring about 22000 sqfts at Malad,Mumbai,The main title is of F E Dinshaw trust,The N A order number is mentioned on 7/12 which was issued on my name,...so now if I want to acquire the right title from the trust F E dinsahw,then what would be the procedure ?/
