In my company, we are 4 directirs, 3 "A" group and 1 is me i.s. "B" group. both have equal shers.
I want leave this company with saving my 50% rights, like shaer and assets (land).
can the pvt. ltd company gift me 50% land?
procedure of demerging?
or any othere suggsion.
