Government bans registry of land

Hello,

My father bought a land in 2005. The property got registered and also mutated. Infact we had taken loan against the same from bank.

Now we wanto sell it. But for the last 2 years, Jharkhand State Government has imposed a restriction on that land's registry. Reason being, there was a large piece of land (8 lakh square feet). The land was owned by a Family Trust. They decided to sell it off to various buyers. 2 large pieces went to a businessman who has built a hospital there and an apartment owner who built around 300 flats in a big area. The rest of the land went to 50 odd retail buyers like me.

There was a large scale land scam in Deoghar, Jharkhand, hence govt. has imposed a ban on registry of major regions in this district. For our land, Govt.'s point is that the land was owned by a trust and can't be sold. Now the thing is that it was a Family trust, hence this trust argument of govt. is not going to last. But the problem is it would take ages and i cannot wait that much.

ANoither issue is, the hospital businessmam took 100 Cr loan on his share of land of which the actiual valuation would not even be 5 Crore, so if the registry opens banks would auction his property, hence in his interest he doesn't want to get the ban revoked. Both major parties just extend the date every time and people like me suffer.

Now this isn't actually a question, because I already know we would win the case, only thing is it can take years. I actually want help from any lawyer who can help me win it in 1 year's time. Lawyers in my city Deoghar (no offense to them) aren't effricient enogh. So seeking help outside. Since i want a time bound result, I agree to pay you 5% of the land's resale value as fee (Currently the valuation is 15,00,000 which will shoot upto 22-23 LAKHS if the registry is revoked). So please if anyone interested can reply here

Apart from this anyother suggestion would also be welcome, because I want to sell the land as soon as possible
