Gpa & paper deviation

Hi,

I am planning to buy a property and got the property verified from a lawyer.

As per his guidance i executed a sale agreement and registered the same.

When I meet the bank people we found some deviations in the document i have mentioned the same below.

Number of sale executed till date is mentioned below.

1. A Sells to B ( Land) Jan 1987

2. B Sells to C ( Land)  Jan 1996

3. C Sells to D ( Land) 2nd August 2000

4. D Sells to E ( House Built) 8th Nov 2004

5. E Sells ( To Me)

1. Sale deeds of 1 and 2 are perfect with no deviations

2. Sale deed of 3 and 4 have deviations in the 4 sides

East to West Mentioned as South to North  where as there is no change in the total Area

3. There is a GPA executed for the sale D to E which is not registered " But Some lawyers told me since the GPA is from Husband to wife then the same is not required.

Now getting rectification deed done seems impossible since the people who sold have relocated to Dubai and have no contact.

The property is A Khatha and in the name of current owner. EC till date and Propertytax

Please advice what should be done.
