Gpa validity

is  there a time  validity  for  a GPA ?  If  a GPA  is  signed,  is  there  a  legal  time  for  which  it  is  valid ?   say  for  5 years.  After  that  will  the  GPA  become  invalid  unless  it  is  renewed ?   kindly  clarify.

GPA will be invalid - if it is cancelled by the Principal (person who executed the GPA) or death of the Principal otherwise there is no specific time limit
