Gramtana property in bangalore rural

I recently purchased (30*40 sq.ft) a converted site of Gramtana agricultural property from a farmer. The registration was done at the Taluk cum Sub-registrar office on May 2nd 2012 and the documents have reached the Panchayat office. Now i am applying for khata/ownership transfer (Hargi) to the PDO. The details of the registered land is:

District: Bangalore Rural
Taluk: Hosakote
Hobli & Village: Anugondanahalli
Survey#: 71
Hissa: 8

My question are:

1) What records should i update in Panchayat?
2) Which are the procedures due from my side and sellers side to make sure the land records and land is fully in my name.

Currently i have only the below land documents with me.

a) Original Sale agreement
b) Original Sale deed (No Parent/Mother document)
c) Land Tax receipt paid by seller before registration

Regards,
Sanjay

Hello Sanjay !

i think you have to first submit the application form of mutation along with the copies of sale agreement and the sale deed before the tahasil office then the second procedure is R.I. report, then after you can get the ROR. But , you have to first acquire the Sketch Map of the Scheduled Property.
