consumer having the low voltage problem he complained gujarat electric board and gujarat electric board given the bill that u do practice of theft after the verification of the meter consumer deposited the 27000/- fine now g eb changed the digital meter and the same problem remains same and due to the low voltage the bill comes very less so they doubt and harass to the consumer that u used to theft while it is not possibe of theft in digital meter what consumer should do pls note that there are so many persons in same complian of low voltage pls suggest and if any judgements with the connection of it pls provide me regards
