Im Kumaran from Chennai,
I really need help with getting a community certificate for my sister's daughter for her school addmissions.
The problem is that my sister had an intercaste marriage and unfortunetly is going through Divorce now.
She belongs to MBC Hindu and her husband is a SC Roman Catholic. We have no idea as to where her husband is right now and dont have his community certificate too.
When my sister tried to apply using her caste details the Officer refused to give an MBC / SC certificate, cos of his christine name she said she can only give an BC certificate. We want the child to have her mothers community that is MBC.
Kindly help us as to what to do.....
