Hi,

We have a porperty which is equally owned by 4 people (father, 3 elder brothers) one of my brother is dead.

one person cheated with my father and registered a sale deed instead of agreement to use premises.

what protection do we have againt this.

You will have to file a suit to set aside the sale deed as it was fraudulently executed.

dear querist,

you can challenge that sale deed as your father was not entitled to make that sale deed alone as there are 4 equal co sharers.

secondly if that sale deed is executed you can ask revenue authorities to make correction in that as your father was only entitled to sale his share only.

you can also file criminal case against them.
