Need your gudance for LLB final yr exam
1. What are the methods of inerpretation of a statutes. I know abt rules of interpretation like literal,strict,harmonious, mischief rule etc. But I have nowhere read abt the the methods of interpretation. What are they.
2. Indian evidence Act, whether a procedural law of an adjective law( I guess procedural law and adjective law are one and the same thing)
