Hello all
I have leased a shop of mine to a tenant for 7 years out of which 5 years is a lock in period. The tenant stands to pay me 5 years of rent incase he backs out. Its been two years now and now the tenant is saying business is not doing well and wants to vacate. The tenant is saying he cant pay 5 years rent and will not vacate until his advance comes to zero by deduction of rent.
What are my options in this case? My deed is not registered.
