I need your valuable advice for my new business launch.
As along with my partner, i am thinking to set-up an LLP in mumbai dealing in trade of diagnostic products in india. We will normally purchase 2-3 products from other traders, then mix them and sell with a margin to hospital & diagnostic labs. Also for certain products we will change the dilution or say make them concentrates form to dilute ready to use vials and then sell them n the market.
For this please help me to know that- What all licenses i need( ie.food & drug or manufacturing license or anything else)? Is TIN no. Needed? any other documents.
