Legal requirements to clinical research training institute

Dear all, We are experienced clinical research professionals and we are planning to establish a clinical research training institute in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh and provide theoretical and practical clinical knowledge to all the upcoming doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other health science graduates and post-graduates with a minimal fee structure. To establish the institute legally what are the procedures, rules and acts that we need to follow and how can we make our training certificate as a valid to get recognized by authorities or government bodies?
