Please helpe me. I am 3rd year student. We have case for moot court. Its the veerappan case. Here are the details.
Veerappan kidnaps a movie star. After release the movie star alongwith others file a petition under Article 226 and claims compensation on account of loss of personal liberty, loss of business. The state refutes this claim saying that they cannot claim compensation. We have to prepare arguments from both the sides.
I tried to find the case on the internet but couldnt find it anywhere. Please help me.
