Names on stamp paper

On the stamp paper names of first party and second party are to be mentioned. Please advise in case there are 4 joint owners purchasing a property, whether names of all joint owners are required to appear on the stamp paper against the column SECOND PARTY or only name of the first joint owner will appear and there will be no problem.

that is WHETHER it is mandatory to show names of all 4 joint owners on the Stamp paper to make it a valid sale deed

FURTHER, QUESTION HERE IS NOT THAT LEGALLY ONE NAME MAY BE ENOUH. QUESTION IS if name of one purchaser only is there, how other THREE joint holders will claim that they have equally contributed towards stamp duty .

If the purchaser is not able to get stamps then he will send some other person to purchase the stamps.  then the name of the purchaser in 1st column and in 2nd column the name of the purchaser or party will be writtenm.  the stamp paper shall be in the name of purchaser for sale deed and any of the party for partition.  not mandatiory.

The contribution towards the stamp duty may be mentioned in the body of the document for clarity.
