How can the by-laws of an organisation be changed? In the original by laws regd under the societies regn act of 1860, the signatures of president, secretary and treasurer were done. Are sign of all three reqd to change the by-laws also or can the secy and treasurer change the by laws without sign of president? How long does it take to change the bylaws and what is the procedure?
