Open parking selling issue

Dear Sir,

We have purchassed properties in July/August 2011. At the time of purchase the builder have sold covered parking areas also. Now he is having queries for some more parking areas to be purchassed by the customers. Actually in all flats there are only 16 covered car parkings which can be allotted or sold. Now builder has started constructing sheds and started selling open parking areas to the buyers. I have also attached a photo of the same so you will have better idea about it. Please guide us about it that what can be done further to stop him doing such practice. Can we file a complain in the consumer court and what would be the possibe result.

yes you can file a complaint against the builder in the consumer forum or if the society is formed then you can go to the C-Op. Society court and thereby stop the builder from selling open parking space.
