Pls advice...

Respected All,

I am a businessman in Shimla. I ordered a 16 GB spy pen from Naaptol(Chennai) on 28-7-2010. I got the delivery on 03-08-2010, which contains a pen, without manual or any other brochure or guidelines how to use the product. I paid the amount to the courier boy after receiving the pen. Even spy pen was not detected by my PC.

I called customer care and returned the same product on 04-8-2010. Now I got the same product as in replacement on 10-09-2010. As before, I didn't received any manual. This time I got repaired product, which is not operatable. Its camera is not at its place and this product is hard to use. I talked to them on Monday 13-09-2010, they are again asking to courier it back by saying they will send the fresh piece to me.

Please advice me what should I do?

It is for my personal use and I am the real consumer for this product. Place of delivery and payment is Shimla, but the sender is from Chennai.

See if they send you a fresh piece. If still the problem continues then, file a complaint before the consumer forum for deficiency in service.
