I have bought an apartment in Pune and the construction is complete now. However, I haven't taken possession yet. We bought the aprtment from the Builder for Rs.30 Lacs approximately and my expenses until now is close to Rs.32 Lacs.
I wanted to sell the flat but i don't have a buyer despite longer period of advertisement. Now the Builder has agreed to take back the apartment.
What cost can generally be quoted? and what is the registration procedure to be followed? Will I incur expenses again in this sale? if yes, what are they?
