MY DAD RECENTLY PURCHASE A FLAT .But the name of the owner is my mother. Because my mother forced to my dad to purchase the flat in her name.
Now my mom want to sell the flat .but
we do not want to sell it.
I have confidence how long my dad will exist my mom can't do it.But after my dad expire can my mom sell the flat without my permission.
IF It is then how can I save the property from sell.
if sell arise then how can I assure 50%share of the flat.
