Can some one help on with an advice Please. I am planning to purchase a land - DC conversion land in Bangalore. While I noticied the land , I found an Electric Pole laid and the line passing on the side of the land. Land owner told me that since the layout is formed they had a very few population the residents have erected a pole fromt he adjucent road. As this is been years, ,Land lord has accepted to forgoto sale the land that portion, which is passing on the land.
Is this legally accepted? Will I need to take any precautionary steps before purchasing the land and is it advisable to buy a land? Thanks.
