I am Sathish, A residant of chennai willing to purchase a resale property in chennai south.
This will be the first property that i am choosing to buy in chennai. Since i am interested to buy this property from an individual, I am not sure about the property laws to acquire a resale property and the paper work involved in it.
I am also interested in fining out the registration cost with GST inclusion.
