Hi,
I bought a flat in Bangalore. In the sale deed (on the first page), the date of deed was typed as 19 Oct, 2012 but the registrion was done on 18 Oct, 2012 (one day before) at the sub-registrar office. Do I need to go for rectification deed to get the date changed to 18 Oct in-place of 19 Oct or is it not necessary to get it rectified. Also, let me know if this mistake can lead to any type of legal problem later on.
