My wife threaten me with filing of 498a case in front of PI and on same day they taken my statement and force me to sale my residential flat and clear loan from bank. Remaining amount will be fixed deposited for my son. My wife give me noc for the same and we did the agreement with buyer, but one fine day she forcefully take the possession of my flat. So buyer did not clear loan taken from NBFI.
After that she filed a case under protection of domestic violence act against me and asked for share in matrimonial home which is pending in court. Now NBFI sold out the same property without informing me showing me absconding, whereas we mentioned my whereabouts of my residence, but I did not received the same.
Now the purchaser went to society for transfer of flat, but society refused to do the same. Since he is working in govt sector with one of minister he threaten society as well as my family for filing a farud case against us.
What is the solution.
