This is relating to platinum city apartments in yeshwantpur, Mr “A” purchased a flat from the builders and got it registered in his name, however the builder unnecessary delaying the transfer the B khata in the Mr ‘A’ name. I am planning to buy this property from Mr “A”. Now I have 2 questions 1) Can the B khata be transferred directly from builders to my name ? 2) Can Mr ‘A’ or builders create any problem later on since the B khata is not in my name?
