Rectification deed

Hi,

I recently found out that there was a typo mistake in survey number in the property i had purchased 3 years back.

The seller has agreed to sign the rectification deed so that this typo error can be corrected.I have taken a home loan and the original papers are with the bank.

1.Are original saledeeds required to execute the rectification deed?

2.Do I need to pay stamp duty and registration fees for this deed execution? What would be the cost?

3.The layout is formed from many survey numbers and the survey number to which my site belongs is correct in the sale deed, but there is an error in some other survey number which is part of the layout. Is this a problem? can this be ignored?

Thanks in advance
