What is the amount of stamp duty for registration of rectification deed if it 1800 sqft (area) falsely stated in the original sale deed.as1200. do we have to pay the full stamp duty for the full value of the plot or the stamp duty for the left out portion.( say 200 sqft) ie 1800 sqft shown wrongly as 1200 sqft. kindly explain the value of the property has appreciated very much over the period.
