i have purchased a land from its owner mr. abc and one mr xyz was having its possession over it..he has gained one electricity connection in his name preparing false documents from the local municipal office and upon his NOC to grant electricity connection in the name of mr. xyz, the electricity department gave him the connection in the name of mr xyz. and after selling the property to me the owner of the property resile from the agreement and joined hands with mr. xyz and also made the sale agreement in favor of xyz. the case is pending before the court...recently through rti to municipal office & Electricity office, i came to know that NOC was provided by municipal office to mr xyz & the electricity dept. does not have any documents regarding the connections applicaion. now mr xyz not only has illegal electric connection in his name at a disputed property but he is using its bill as an authentic address proof to misguide different offices
suggest me the steps to disconnect the illegal connection
